S.A.D. at Wintertime?

Do you dread the coming of winter?
Dark days fill you with dismay?
Well listen to what I say………
Chase those negative thoughts away!
For it’s merely nature’s chance to rest
After a spring and summer of mighty growth
Imagine all the energy that needs!
The incredible ability to grow those seeds
Supplying abundant wildlife, all their feeds
Falling leaves just part of the timeless cycle
Now’s the time for it all to rest, to hibernate, to shelter.
While nature’s miracles continue working underground
Think of all the little bulbs protected from cold, frost wind & snow
Waiting patiently to become beautiful Crocuses & Snowdrops!
Trees, flowers, shrubs waiting patiently to bud……….
So remember ! – don’t be S.A.D. just say:-
Spring Advancing Daily!
Folllowed by Summer Advancing Daily
Then think:- Sunshine (almost) Daily!!!!
